Ability to Edit Post (under certain conditions) #168

I think it would be nice to have an option to be able to edit a post that
you have submitted. This allows a user to edit a typo or a misspelled url. 

This 'edit post feature' would be available if you are the only person that
has kicked it and the time elapsed from the submission time is within a
fixed period (1 day? 3 hours?)

If a user edited a url it would have to do the ajax check it does currently
to see if its already been submitted, in which case this story would be
revoked.

Just an idea :)
