Bug with URL rewriting #196

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Ans: I (username = xtremebiz) submitted the story "Finding Database Size 
using sp_spaceused Stored Procedure" on 19 Feb 2007. I have got 3 kicks 
for this story. However, when I click on the more info link and go to the 
details page for my story, instead of the details, I see UPCOMING UNKNOWN 
STORIES 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ans: Expected output should be details of my post, however i see UPCOMING 
UNKNOWN STORY

What version of the product are you using?
Ans: Currently running svn revision 596

Please provide any additional information below.
