Parameterized popularity function (what appears on the front page) #199

One of things I like about Digg is that front page popularity is calculated
from the rate of change of story diggs. If something is quickly digged
alot, it'll be more likely to appear on the front page.

Currently, appearing on the DNK front page is a constant function of kick
count.

I know this is a gray area with alot to consider - hell, I can't even
describe a suitable function for the original DNK site- but it would be
cool to persist as many possible popularity parameters into the database
and let the installation decide on the exact popularity function. By
default, the constant function is good enough.

Possible popularity parameters (that i can think of) include:
* rate of kicking
* contributed user karma (or trusted source - ala ScottGu :))
* number of comments
* Donuts? All the donuts of rainbow!

Thanks again Gavin and others
i enjoy reading your code,
