Submitted article, then manned #227

Hello,
I submitted an article to the site: http://www.tek-dev.com/blog/post/When-
to-use-rentacoder-or-elance-for-outsourcing-a-project-.aspx

Then later when i went to check it, i was banned for no reason and the 
article was gone,

My username is stephenlane80,

Can you investigate ?
