What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register for an account using a .co.uk email address
2. or
3. Request a password reset on an account that uses a .co.uk email address
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to receive an email. I receive no email.
What version of the product are you using?
Please provide any additional information below.
Tried this with 3 different .co.uk emails and one .com email. After
numerous attempts I have still to receive an email to a .co.uk address. The
.com address received all emails instantly. None of the .co.uk addresses
has any spam filtering software on them and the tests on the .co.uk emails
have been performed over a number of days.
