Reset password link is Broken!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on forgot password
2. Enter your valid email address, will provide you message to chk email
3. Reset password link in email is broken!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Its opening 404 - File of directory not found! It should show me page where i 
can enter my new password!

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
