remove the "-R" from the name of the link for the LTS Demographic Questionnaire-R(MySQL) and from the name of the link for the Demographic Questionnaire-R

On a different matter, on my website pages for Authorized Researchers Only, 
would you remove the 
"-R" from the name of the link for the LTS Demographic Questionnaire-R(MySQL) 
and from the 
name of the link for the Demographic Questionnaire-R? I checked these revised 
questionnaires, and 
they are working fine. Removing the "-R" will help avoid confusion on the part 
of my research 
assistants, who are used to the names without the"-R."
