Correction of scoring codes for PCRI and PCRO in PHP

I just discovered that I sent you the wrong scoring codes for PHP PCRI and PCRO 
in the attachment to my 2009-06-11 (and 2009-08-11) email to you.

The correct scoring codes are attached to the present email. I have included 
the codes for CCRI, CCRO, ImpI and ImpO, even though they were correct in my 
email last summer.

The correct codes assume that the mapping of the characteristic to the PCXS_ 
variable name (X = R,I,or O;  _ = numeral 1, 2...36) is the same in the PHP 
programs as in the current ColdFusion metaprogram, PC,CC,AM,Imp,Ref(MySQL), on 
which you are now making some changes for me.
