Do not allow the participant to enter the same characteristic more than once in each SCQ-PC RIO screen

Within each of the pages for entering characteristics for real, ideal, and
ought/should selves, do not allow the participant to enter the same
characteristic more than once. If the participant does so, when he enters
the characteristic a second time or when he submits the page, display this
message: "You have already entered the characteristic "___" for your ___
self. Please go back and enter a different characteristic." 
    Entering the same characteristic(s) across the real, ideal, and
ought/should selves is okay and should not be disallowed. Similarly,
entering the same characteristic(s) more than once on the pages that elicit
the opposite characteristics is okay.

This is done.  It is not the most elegant solution but it works and does not 
allow
the user to enter the same values twice for each of the selves.

 made javascript in question.pstl in theme mint_idea case insensitive and trimmed
leading and trailing spaces
