It is impossible to re-position cursor while editing a node in FireFox and IE #370

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I used example given in "Example: edit nodes" located @ 
http://wwwendt.de/tech/dynatree/doc/samples.html
2. double click and edit a node
3. add two three strings and then try to left click on node
4. you can use given above link to test this problem in FF and IE

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
