Select mode 3 do not select parents? #392

Is it possible to not select parent nodes when select mode is set to 3? (multi)

We are trying to get a simple "Check All" solution for each folder and this 
seems to be the way but it is also returning the parent keys in the array list 
when getting all selected nodes.  Is this a bug or normal?  Any suggestions?

As of 2014 Dynatree is feature frozen.
Please have a look at Fancytree (sequel of DynaTree 1.x): chances are good that 
the problem was resolved / the requested featuer is already implemented.
Please open a new issue there otherwise:
