DEFECT: Deploy fails with "No zip file currently staged for deployment..."

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Migration > Deploy 
2. Select a ZIP file (mine was obtained by Migration > Retrieve)
3. Confirm the operation by selecting "Deploy" (step 2)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get the "No zip file currently staged for deployment..." error.
But at step 2, I get "Successfully staged 3 KB zip file".

What version of Workbench are you using?
24.0.0

On what operating system and browser?
Windows 7, both FireFox (latest) and Chrome (latest)

Please provide any additional information below.

I just tried this at workbench.developerforce.com and it appears to be working 
fine. Were you seeing this at workbench.developerforce.com or a local 
installation of Workbench?
