REST Explorer should enable links on fields named "url"

1. Summary of the feature request:
When viewing REST calls on the "/services/apexrest" path, any fields that are 
returned as "url" should be link enabled.  The standard functionality will be 
link enabled on the "/services/data" path.

2. Typical scenario where this feature would be used:
Testing Apex REST calls

3. Reason current features do not meet needs:
It is not implemented as a link field.  It only shows data.

4. How soon would you like to see this feature implemented?
sooner rather than later

5. Would you like to contribute to the development of this feature?
Yes.  I have personally forked the unmanaged package SFDC REST Explorer and add 
this feature.  It is pretty straight forward and I could share the code if 
desired.
