Quotes don't work on archive.easymodo.net #28

Searching phrases using quotes doesn't work anymore on
archive.easymodo.net. When a phrase enclosed within quotation marks is
searched for, the results are for the individual words in that phrase.

This seems to go on and off. Sometimes phrases can be searched for,
sometimes they can't.

This problem can easily be replicated by searching for a phrase which is a
part of a widespread copypasta.
