Not able to access archive.no-ip.org

 Is there a reason I cannot acces the  Yotsuba archive at  archive.no-ip.org? When I click on the link it says

"The connection has timed out

The server at archive.no-ip.org is taking too long to respond." 

That was using firefox, it does the same thing on internet explorer. I was able 
to access it about a week ago. I'm sorry if this question came up before but 
I'm mainly going there for the /soc/ board.

There was a short text you had to delete in order to be able to type your 
message in. You either didn't read it or you did not understand it.

I wonder how /soc/ users are even able to use the Internet.

 Alright, I really don't  want to be put in the same group of retarted /soc/ users. I was in a rush and I don't really understand how most of these sites work, I'm just asking a question. I don't have the contact info for anyone at archive.no-ip.org so I just need that I guess so I can ask them. That last comment bothers the hell out of me but i'm really not trying to be a dick.

I don't have the contact information for archive.no-ip, sorry. They just happen 
to use this software to run this site, I have absolutely no connection to any 
archiving site other than easymodo.net

It's probably gone? The owner was just hosting it on his home connection, afaik.
