Ability to report posts #73

The ability to report posts for various issues (child porn, spam, etc.) would 
be a good addition. A little button saying report or even with just an 
exclamation point would be nice. Installgentoo has this feature, I'm relatively 
sure that archive.no-ip had it, and FoolzFuuka has it (although it isn't 
exactly Fuuka). If it's not a part of the features, this would be a great 
addition.

Heres what I currently use, well I somewhat modified version.

To use it you need to have the PHP recaptcha library, have the MySQLi PHP 
extension enabled, and short tags in PHP.ini set on.

While this is a good idea, and rather needed for most archives, I'm not really 
adding new features right now. So, unless Andrey-sama is extremely bored and 
feels like swooping in this once more, this might take quite a bit to show up.

Moved these issues to Github ( https://github.com/eksopl/fuuka/issues ). I just 
can't stand Google Code's issue tracking stuff anymore. I deeply apologize. Its 
lack of editing comments, comment previewing and any kind of comment markup is 
driving me insane.

fuuka @ Google Code still remains the official repo, though.
