When editing the tags of a given bookmark, some kind of auto-complete
function can be useful. For example, as the user enters 'ap', the
auto-complete function may suggestion tags like 'apple', 'application' etc.

Completed initial implementation. This feature is available in Firefox and
Safari but
MS IE. Known issue: auto-complete is not triggered when the focused tag
consists of
one or more non-word characters such as '\t' and '\n'.
