No error is reported when change password to empty strings #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "settings" -> "change your password"
2. Leave all input fields blank
3. Submit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There should be an error message saying that empty string is not allowed.

It seems that the maven assembly process failed include "validation" XML from
gnizr-webapp project.

Move validation XML from the Java source package into the Resource source 
package.
Relates to SVN Revision: R231.
