2.3.0-M1: init implementation. Ported gnizr search to OpenSearch. Added Yahoo! 
Web
service. Works okay in Firefox. Critical CSS issue in IE and Safari.

CSS issue has been fixed. Works in IE and Safari. This issue is considered 
closed
(since 2.3.0-M1).
