OpenSearch action redirects to a page that doesn't exist #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter "stuff:thing" in the search box and select "OpenSearch" in the
drop-down
2. Click "search"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An error page is returned. 

This problem seems to occur only if the gnizr instance is deployed as a
webapp with it's context path -- e.g., /gnizr. If the instance is deploy
under http://[hostname]/, the redirection works okay.
