Re-building search index should overwrite the existing search index database #51

If a search index already exists, re-building the index database doesn't
automatically erase index records of bookmarks that no longer exist in the
mysql databae.

1. Save Bookmark A, Bookmark B
2. Delete Bookmark B.
3. Login as 'gnizr'.
4. "settings" -> "rebuild search index"
5. Rebuild index
6. Search for Bookmark A and it appears.
