Deleting an user doesn't remove the user's bookmarks from the lucene index #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a user X
2. Save some bookmarks to X's account
3. Delete X
4. Search for bookmarks saved by X. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After deleting the user, their bookmarks should be removed from the search
index.
