Allow users to add 'gn:geonames=' without typing the whole string every time #8

Users complain that it's pain to type 'gn:geonames=' every time when they
want to add location information to a bookmark. 

Suggestions:

1) Bring back the use 'loc:', which is shorter than 'gn:geonames='

2) Provide a special link for adding 'gn:geonames=' tag. For example, allow
users to click on a 'globe' icon, which will prompt the users for a string
to be appended to 'gn:geonames='

Also implemented "add machine tag" icons for 'gn:for', 'gn:subscribe', and 
'gn:folder'
