Create an 'indexed list', where each item in the list is grouped into 
categories, typically based on alphabetical order. An example would be the 
contacts application on iPhone or on Android.

Uploaded an initial version of the IndexedList. Right now it does alphabetical 
ordering and sorting.

It does not include the index panel for quickly jumping to items that start w/ 
a certain letter. This is primarily because it interferes with the way I 
currently have scrolling built -- i'll fix it!
