Create a TabBar widget that matches the iOS look and feel. We should be able to 
leverage the existing GWT TabBar class.

We should, however, try to ensure we can enable all the different tab types / 
styles found in ios and android. see attached photos.

Added gwt-TabBar to the stylesheets so that the TabBar resembles the iOS TabBar 
in the 1st screenshot. Style added in r92.  Still need to add style similar to 
black and blue toolbars
