Design and implement a comprehensive browser based UI which will allow to
control and manage HarvestMan entirely from a browser.

There is already skeleton code for this. This has to be enhanced considerably.

I would like to convert our config.py to a paste.script commands so they are 
more
uniform and easier to maintain..

take a look at the options we have available.
http://pythonpaste.org/script/developer.html#templates

if we convert then --genconf could be added with few lines of code.

Added --genconfig to harvestman.

Not sure what other UI I would need at this point. When I start crawling I 
guess it
would be useful to get some statistics on files downloaded from the project 
folder,
but I do not have contrastive ideas just yet.

Today, made some initial skeleton of the planned UI, with text only. Removed 
"Files"
tab. The final UI will have only "Configuration", "projects", "Documentation" 
and
"About" tags.

I will be doing this task off and on, plan to complete within 2 weeks from 
today.
