Scaffolder fails with a NullPointerException for invalid commands #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Type into a command-line 'scaffold foo'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This causes a NPE to be printed. It should display the help with a list of
scaffolders to use.
