Unable to locate dependency [jcatapult.org|jcatapult-core|jcatapult-core-1.0-RC3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Perform the steps in the "Getting Started" tutorial on Windows XP

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is something other than "BUILD FAILED". Actual output 
is "BUILD FAILED".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I don't know how to tell which version I'm using...but the files in 
the .svn directory indicate that I checked out from TRUNK at svn version 
262.
