Hard-coded forward slash in create-project target #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a project using the create-project target on Windows XP
2. Enter a project name when prompted
3. Enter a group name when prompted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See a forward slash instead of backslash when asked "Really create
[projectname] in [c:\projects/projectname]? (y, n)"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0-RC1, WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.
Problem corrected using the attached diff.

  Actually I think this problem was fixed around 1.0-RC3. The diff file I submitted 
works on RC1. Do you still need me to look into it? I personally haven't tried 
the 
use case in RC4 or RC5.
