Write a Savant and dependency doc #84

Let's write a short doc on how to add dependencies to a project, setup
corporate repositories and a short Savant tutorial. I'd also like to beef
up the Savant docs to contain some of this information and then point
JCatapult users to the Savant documentation for more information.

I think we have enough information for folks to get started. They can use the 
Savant docs for now. If someone 
complains, we can add something.
