Deployer password security #88

I added information to the docs about setting up SSH key-pair security for
the deployer. However, it would be nice to have the deployer also support
asking the user for their password securely using JLine and then set that
into the DeploymentInfo.

The trick will be to support both modes, SSH key-pair and secure password
input.

Deployer has been removed. It will be back in 1.1 or later in some form.
