Describe your proposed enhancement, including

Addition of protocols and parsers for Jx.Store.

- Jx.Store.Protocol.DOM
- Jx.Store.Protocol.JSONP (for cross domain json APIs though I'd like some 
feedback
on this one)
- Jx.Store.Parser.HTML
- Jx.Store.Parser.XML (I'm not really familiar with working with XML in JS 
so I'd kinda need to rely on someone else to take this one)

* why is this feature desirable?

provides additional supports to Jx.Store

* what components of the library are affected?

Jx.Store

* does it change the existing API in any way?

No 

* does it require documentation changes?

The new protocols and parsers will need to be documented.

* does it require changes to the examples?

Yes, we probably should have some examples of their use.
