Jx.TabBox #175

If I set scroll:false, the scroll is not appear, and it is normal, but when
I open several tab and then theses several tab bust the tabbox width, It
will cool that scroll automatically appear.

new Jx.TabBox({
        scroll: auto
    })

yes, that would be cool!  For now, we are going to stick with the current 
behaviour but I think this would be an 
excellent enhancement post-3.0.  Note there is also a menu of tabs that can be 
displayed via a plugin (perhaps?) 
instead of scrolling.

There is... the plugin is Jx.Plugin.ToolbarContainer.TabMenu.  Be sure to read 
the 
docs for how to attach it when used in a Jx.TabBox
