Jx.Menu alternative to Toolbar scrolling #192

* why is this feature desirable?
I really like the way toolbar Buttons are combined in Google Wave when the
surrounding container is getting smaller. This raises the usability when
many buttons/tabs are hidden

* what components of the library are affected?
Toolbar and Jx.Menu

* does it change the existing API in any way?
guess not

* does it require documentation changes?
guess not

* does it require changes to the examples?
one additional example would be nice to see what is possible

Not neccessary for milestone 3 -> but 3.1 would be nice ;)

I believe Jon already implemented this as toolbarContainer.tabMenu.js for tabs 
...  Note that toolbars can contain 
other things than just buttons, like tabs, menus and generic DOM elements.  A 
menu may not always make sense 
:)

I see - and its already in the examples :) nice.

ok so this needs some more thinking... maybe this could work with a flyout that 
contains a 2nd vertical-toolbar with all hidden elements?
