What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 下载吕诚附件中的安装文件并安装
2. 从开始菜单中打开SmartMe
3. 随便搜索一个词

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected：正常
instead： 程序崩溃

好像是访问历史记录文件出问题了，下边有我用VS跟踪的截图
。

好像和UAC有关，我使用管理员权限运行程序不会出现这个bug

看了你的截图，应该是和访问权限有关，因为历史记录要访��
�Data文件夹的内容，我觉得不算Bug.
