Tooltip Incorrect #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 鼠标移动到SmartMe主窗口+号选项

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
应该显示“选项”，但显示“选项（关闭窗口！）”

吴昊方便直接改一下吗？！这个对一致性应该无影响。

我觉得这个tooltip还有可以改进的地方：

1. MainWindow、MiniWindow显示“请将关键字退拽到这里”
2. 结果列表那里可以增加“双击打开链接”

等等

这些较为隐藏的操作都可以用tooltip来提示

Fixed.
1. 改变了选项卡的tooltip
2. 增加了MiniWindow的tooltip
3. 增加了所有ListBox的tooltip
