ZetaPrints Error message, no update. #638

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit 
http://dev2.printpartnerships.com/print-and-design/larking-gowen-bc-business-rec
overy-no-fax.html
2. Click "update preview"
3. Error is encountered. Have double checked theme integration, seems fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting image to update, see a "ZetaPrints Error" message appear.

What version of Magento/extension are you using?
Magento 1.6.0.0 stable / ZetaPrints 1.9.0.0 stable

Please, use the latest w2p beta and submit your reports to 
support@zetaprints.com if still won't work after the upgrade.

Hi,

I have uninstalled v1.9.0.0 stable and installed the latest beta 
(1.9.1.0beta21) and the same problem persists.

I have e-mailed the latest system.log plus login details for the site and FTP 
to the above e-mail address.

Please look into this ASAP we wanted this site rolling on 1st September...
