Add id attributes to text and image fields #640

We need to add some unique IDs to text and image fields.
Customers may want to re-arrange them using CSS.
This would be totally customer/template specific. Our task is to give them IDs 
and the rest is up to them.

We can probably use the field name with some prefix as the ID.
