PowerClip variable fields on pages other than the first #642

Variable image and text fields that are PowerClip'd don't display highlighter 
on pages other that the first.

The image on the second page here is variable:

yet id doesn't show for InPreview
The text should also not show but for some reason it does. On this template 
(which is a simplified version of a customers template), the powerclip text 
fields (address) doesn't get highlighted on the second page:

It doesn't show shape for the image because if my stupid bug :-(

There're only fixes for issue #641 and issue #642 in that beta.

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.1.1beta2 (beta) 

Doesn't work when the PowerClip'd field is a single text frame with multiple 
fields.
Hover above the text inside blue square on second page:
