Changed field names

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.1.1 (stable)

Conditional (grouped or PowerClip'd) text fields that have been renamed through 
the field editor are not showing up in the highlighter and scramble its 
functionality.

Replication instructions:
- navigate to
http://d1.zetaprints.com/mageimage/index.php/magentot-01/2pg-template.html
- open the second page and click on the text box.
- The first of the two fields inside that text box has one field name in the 
template file and another name assigned to it through the "Field editor" on w2p 
portal side.
- You'll see that the changed one doesn't get highlighted and if you try to 
Update a preview the transparent overlay becomes solid fill and the corner 
button gets messed up (chng_name.png)

There was two fields Text3 and Text4 and a shape for them with a name "Text3; 
Text4"

You changed name of Text3 field to 'Changed field name', but name of shape 
wasn't changed.

So, there's 'Changed field name' and Text4 fields and shape with "Text3; Text4" 
name.
But the code doesn't expect such situation.

Why wasn't name of the shape updated automatically?
