Error in receiving catalogs: Zetaprints error: ; Curl error:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to Import/Export Advanced Profiles
2. Template Synchronization
3. Run profile in Popup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is successfully done.  Instead I see "Error in receiving 
catalogs: Zetaprints error: ; Curl error: "

What version of Magento/extension are you using?
Magento Version 1.5
Zetaprints Extension 2.0

Let's update FAQ with a few common causes for this:

1. wrong ZP domain name (must be activated)
2. server misconfiguration
