Attachments get ".htm" added to their filename #679

Some file formats (PDF, png...) get a ".htm" file extension added to the file 
name.
Users will have to manually rename the file after downloading it from Magento 
admin to remove the ".htm" part and be able to open it.

PDF_(1).pdf.htm
is a PDF that was uploaded through the front-end and then downloaded from 
"Manage attachments" page in admin panel.

We had this problem in our demo store but it turned out to be installation 
specific, not the extension fault.

Tested on /mageimage/
ZetaPrints_Attachments  1.1.0b (beta)

Ever-helpful mage. It's probably a MIME type issue.
