Allow transparency for custom colors #117

What is the problem? Describe completely:

Minimalist version - 0.5.10
Relevant core module - Minimalist for Gmail
Chrome version - 15.0.874.121
Operating System - Windows 7
Language - English (US)
Google Apps user? - Yes
Other extensions -

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

My suggestion is simple: because the new GMail themes use partial transparency
for a lot of elements (though primarily for background elements), it would be
nice to be able to enter RGBa colors in the Minimalist modifications.

An example of this are the various highlights for rows, in the "Main" section
of the Minimalist for Gmail options. It's a little off-putting to have
semi-transparent rows right next to completely opaque highlighted rows (such as
starred items).

Good call (didn't occur to me because I use the default theme.) I'll look at
this for the next version.
