cc and bcc disapear #149

What is the problem? Describe completely:
After clickin on cc or bcc options they dissapear.
This happens also with thebatachement option after using it once.
When answering the "to" box appears really small, but expands when I click on 
it.See atachement where the boxes are gone!
Disabling minimalist solves the  problem
Minimalist version   -0.5.17
Relevant core module -gmail
Chrome version       -16.0.912.63 m
Operating System     -win7
Language             -Dutch
Google Apps user?    -
Other extensions     -minimalist for google calendar

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.
