"Hide Google Bar" option does not compensate for "next item" padding using keyboard shortcuts. #162

What is the problem? Describe completely:

After ticking the "Hide Google Bar" option, when the "j/k" keyboards are used 
to go to each next item, the item opens with the Title Link being halfway shown 
(as if the user scrolled down slightly). 

This bug only occurs when using google's keyboard shortcuts. When using the 
mouse to manually open each item, this bug does not occur 

Minimalist version   - 0.5.17
Relevant core module - Minimalist for Google Reader
Chrome version       - 16.0.912.63 beta-m
Operating System     - Windows 7
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - No
Other extensions     - Nothing that interferes (stylish, greasemonkey etc.)

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

I can't replicate this issue, please disable other options one by one to help 
narrow down the cause.

Do you have the new Google Bar?
