I'm not sure what you mean. Can you attach a screenshot?

Sure, ScreenShot.png attached. I also just discovered a chrome extension that
does this removal with a simple CSS hack (and it worked perfectly for me) -
It's called "Remove Ad from Google Reader" and is available in the Chrome
webstore at this link:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hjpekieafncfcjaaddoonoemdgjobaln

Seems like this same basic CSS hack/functionality could be easily incorporated
into the Minamalist, especially since it already removes Gmail adds. This
would minimize the need to install an extra extension. Thanks!

I would recommend a real adblocker (http://goo.gl/k2udq). I'll think about
adding it though

Thanks for your suggestion, but I already use Adblock Plus (Beta) and it was
loaded and running when I captured the screenshot. Unfortunately, it does not
block (all of) these (flash-based) double-click adds nor did it even let me
setup a filter by right clicking on the ad - whereas the simple CSS solution
works. I hope this will get integrated into Minimalist. Cheers, -JT
