Embed "ontology browser" in ontology contents section #265

ORR has been offering a link to a deployment of the Ontology Browser tool [1] 
for users to have a more comprehensive way to explore the ontologies. The link 
is opened in a new window.

This request is to embed this functionality in the ontology contents section, 
in particular, when such contents does not correspond to any of the ontologies 
created by ORR itself (ie., vocabularies (voc2rdf) and mappings (vine)). In 
this case, the current "synopsis" that is displayed is very limited. The 
Ontology Browser is definitely much better.
