Right-clicking a layer name and selecting "Remove layer" does not work properly in Active Data Layers window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have at least two data layers listed in the "Active Data Layers" window. 
Right-click one of the listed data layers in the "Active Data Layers" window 
and choose any of the options except "Remove layer."
2. Right-click a second layer in the Active Data Layers window and select 
"Remove layer." Both the first and second layers will be removed, even though 
I'm not holding down the Ctrl key to select multiple layers. For example, I 
have the Cables and Shipping Lanes listed as Active Data Layers. I 
right-clicked the Cables data layer and selected "View metadata." I then closed 
the metadata window, right-clicked Shipping Lanes, and selected "Remove layer." 
Both layers were removed even though Shipping Lanes was the only layer 
highlighted in blue in the "Active Data Layers" window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that right-clicking a layer name in the "Active Data 
Layers" window and selecting "Remove layer" will only remove that layer from 
the map. Instead, if a user right-clicks two layers in a row without first 
left-clicking the second layer name, both layers will be removed.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Tested MORIS v. 2.0 on Windows 7 and Firefox 9.

Current workaround: Left-click the layer name before right-clicking and 
selecting "Remove layer."

I see the bug as well with MORIS v. 2.0 on Windows 7 and IE 9.
