OLIVER’s print.php is not printing secured GeoServer layers

This is Enhancement 12 in Task Order 4.

Using the Print/Save button in OLIVER creates a print layout that contains PNG 
images for each legend, the title and the map.  These images are stored on the 
GISPRWAPP1 server in the  /temp/OL_MORIS_print folder.  While secured 
datalayers will draw, export, show legends and be identified in OLIVER they 
seem to not print. The print folder on GISPRWAPP1 contains legends for the 
datalayers on the map, working up from the bottom and stopping when 
encountering a secured layer.  The print.php script may need to be updated to 
send credentials for the legend and map requests.  The Apache error_log 
contains this error:
