Snapping while editing an existing feature

This feature needs to be incorporated as it is reasonable to expect the user to 
need this.

Resolved in r102.  I think it was r102.  In any case, this issue is resolved.

Sometimes I see this and sometimes I don't.  Maybe I'm doing it wrong.  I could 
use a demo.

I have 3 layers (non HTTPS in this example).
The js is 
http://maps.massgis.state.ma.us/map_ol_editing/js/toolConfig_editing.js

I can add and edit all 3, it's the snapping that's weird.

I set up the AFREEMAN.GEOSERVER_TEST_PT to snap to itself and schools - it does 
neither (is there simply no point snapping?)

I set up the AFREEMAN.GEOSERVER_TEST_LINE to snap to itself and Counties - it 
snaps to itself, counties and towns

I set up the AFREEMAN.GEOSERVER_TEST_POLY to snap to itself and Towns - it 
snaps to itself, counties and towns
